Description: 6.8km single carriageway road extending from the northeastern end of Wickham Market Bypass to east of the existing A12/A1094 junction.

Problems: High volumes of traffic on A12 produces problems of noise disturbance and loss of amenity for residents of the affected villages. Road alignment at Farnham is substandard with narrow road width and a sharp bend.
