Message from Anthony Creasy

Congratulations on an excellent website. I listened to a BBC Radio 4 programme today on George Ewart Evan's recordings of Blaxhall people in the 1950s, and it brought back many memories of growing up on a farm near Bungay, Suffolk. The reference in the programme to smuggling in Blaxhall and Iken also interested me because my Great Grandfather George Creasy lived in Iken in the 1870/1880s and married Jane Hurren from Kelsale. I wonder if there's any information in your archives about them.
