Blaxhall was the home of some of my wife's ancestors called KEER. We have been researching this family for some years and, in 2004, visited the village, unfortunately very briefly.
Family history research is addictive because of the challenging puzzles that present themselves working out who was who. But after a while one becomes more interested in the lives of the ancestors and in what was going on around them in those days. So our main interest in signing up is to learn more about the history of Blaxhall and the general area. We look forward to reading more.
