On 19th July 2010 the Commonwealth War Grave at Fromelles will see the final burial and dedication.
Here in Blaxhall we will remember Benjamin Richardson Jnr, he left Blaxhall in 1913 for a new life in Australia but his life was cut short when he was tragically killed at the Battle of Pheasant Wood, Fromelles 19th July 1916.
We don't have a picture of Ben but we do have a picture of his Memorial Plaque and a picture of his father, Benjamin Richardson Snr.
An exhibiton about the journey to find a DNA link for Ben Richardson can be seen during Open Churches week at St Peter's Church, Blaxhall.
